La Providence Apt exclusive weekly reservation, starting on a Sunday.

Check-in from 4pm, check-out before 10am.


Low season: October 29 to March 17, 2024 - 1.750€/week (10% discount on the full rate when booking from 2 weeks)

Mid Season : March 17 to June 16 + September 15 to October 27 - 2.800€/week (10% discount on full rate when booking from 2 weeks)

High season: June 16 to September 15 - 4.200€/week

Power consumption: 350kWh / week included (0.27€ /kWh for additional consumption)

Security deposit: 1.500€
Tourist tax (> 18 years) 
Bed linen and towels 25€/person (mandatory)

Final cleaning: 250€ (mandatory)


1 dog allowed with access to ground floor and outside.
Not allowed in beds, bath, shower or pool.
Droppings must be cleaned up before departure.
Supplement of 40€ cleaning fee will be added to the final cleaning.


To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The balance of 50% must be received no later than 30 days before arrival. The reservation is only validated upon receipt of the deposit.

Payment by bank transfer: BE86 7370 6467 0650.

At the latest 6 weeks before the start of the stay, the security deposit of 1.500€ must be paid together with the remaining balance of 50% of the rent + final cleaning + bed and bath linen.

The deposit will be refunded 10 days after departure.

Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the security deposit.


In case of cancellation 30 days or more before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable.

If you are unable to travel due to Covid restrictions imposed by the government, we will provide you with a voucher for the value of the rental amount that can be used for a future reservation within 18 months.


The house must be left clean, swept, with no dirty dishes left behind. The washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage cans must be empty and put away before departure. All household waste, glass and paper must be taken away at the time of departure. The barbecue will be cleaned completely after use and the coal bucket emptied.

The tenants will take care to return the accommodation in the state in which they found it.

A specialized company will come by after departure to prepare the accommodation for the new tenants. This cost must be paid by the departing tenants and will be deducted from the deposit.


In accordance with the French legislation concerning swimming pools, the tenant has an approved installation. The pool is secured with an electric shutter that must be closed at all times (including at night) when the pool is not in use.

The access to the pool must always be refused to children without a swimming certificate or not accompanied by an adult.

In case of an accident, the renter can never be held responsible.

The pool is regularly maintained by a professional who must always be allowed access.

The swimming water is clear and complies with health regulations. In case of variation of its aspect or its color during the period of rent (because of the weather conditions, use of a too big quantity of creams and solar oils or other external causes) the hirer cannot be held responsible for it but will make all efforts to remedy it as far as he will have been informed as soon as possible.

The house is non-smoking. Smokers are requested to smoke outside and not to throw the cigarette butts in the nature.


In order to avoid blocking the drains, it is not advisable to throw any object into the drains of the sinks, washbasins, showers and toilets. The cleaning products provided or that the tenant will bring must be suitable for the proper functioning of the septic tanks. Chemical unblockers and bleach products are forbidden.
